Copious coffee flowed, always a cappuccino for me; a heart etched into the foam, chocolate heart on the saucer, while conversation lagged. When coffee sloshed through my veins instead of blood I ceased online dating.
“Here alone?” The barista’s voice was full of warm condolence.
“Can’t find love online,” I sighed.
