At times, Lydia slipped into a trance during conversations to find herself gazing through someone else's eyes and momentarily existing in one of her parallel realities. People would quip, “Where were you?” She knew that if she told the truth, they would think she was crazy, and her experience was best kept a secret.
From early childhood, Lydia knew she was different: She often caught glimpses of existing in parallel universes - dreamscapes of dissolving amorphic impressions. Over time, the experiences became more visceral evolving into fleeting physicalities that instantaneously dissipated after coming to fruition.
