Luna stomps along the frozen path with her sister until they step inside a cafe. Shivering, they step up to the counter for two hot coffees from the owner, Rob. Luna thanks him and slowly walks away while talking to her sister about her new project.
A confused customer asks Rob, “Who is that girl talking to?”
Sighing, he replies, “Her twin sister, Lisa. She recently died from a car accident and Luna sadly fell into a coma for a month. Fortunately, Luna is okay now, but the hospital asks us to play along with her delusions.”
