Friday Flash Fiction has been publishing stories every Friday since 2013, and for almost all of that time its Editor has been Gordon Lawrie. Edinburgh-based Gordon has written three published novels, a novella and – most recently – a collection of short stories. He's also the Founder and Executive Director of both Comely Bank Publishing and its imprint Dean Park Press, which sponsor Friday Flash Fiction. Gordon currently deals with submissions from Monday evening through to the Thursday evening deadline.

Friday Flash Fiction welcomes readers and writers from around the world, often posting as many as fifty stories per week. Since 2014, Lisa Williams has stepped in as Assistant Editor, helping to share the workload. Lisa lives in Leicester, but has a busy life that takes her backwards and forwards across central and northern England.
