APPEALS AGAINST REJECTION/REQUESTS FOR FEEDBACK
IMPORTANT NOTICE
It might save £5.00 to remind you of some of the commonest causes for rejection:
– the wordcount is wrong (the title is NOT part of the story)
– the title/author box has been incorrectly formatted
– you're appealing about a longer flash or poem when you haven't submitted enough core Classic stories
– you're submitting via a 'proxy server' such as a school, college or company network
– you've not switched off your virtual private network (VPN)

If you feel your submission has been rejected unfairly, or simply seek a little feedback for the future, this is how you get in touch. However, editing and managing Friday Flash Fiction is time-consuming, and it isn't free to run either. Giving feedback on submissions can be particularly laborious.
Accordingly, we charge £5.00 for any appeal or request for feedback. It's a far lower fee than any other site that we know of, and we hope you'll agree that it will also be a fair contribution towards the upkeep of Friday Flash Fiction itself. In fact, we take rather a dim view of writers who attempt to obtain feedback without paying for it.
