John was a very health-conscious person because he made sure that he ate food that would nourish his body, fuel his mind, and soothe his soul. He was a very soulful man who wanted to only take care of his body. He knew the fundamental fact that he only had one body, which meant that he must take care of it. One night, he did not have food in the refrigerator, so he decided to visit a diner within his hometown in California.
John also has a very interesting physicality. His skin was very white, which would supposedly represent his purity. He also had very blue eyes that were like the Heart of the Ocean necklace from James Cameron’s version of Titanic. John also knew that the eyes were the windows to the soul, and that he must practice eternal vigilance to live a meaningful life. He also exercised daily to keep himself fit, and read voraciously to exercise his mind. He admired Benjamin Franklin because he was the historical figure who developed the library. John liked the quotations that made Benjamin Franklin famous, especially those that involve time. Much like Jack Dawson, John believed that life was a gift, and would never want to waste it.
That evening, he visited a diner that he had never been to before. The outdoor façade was a bit peculiar, though, because it had bright neon lights with the word “EAT.” John found the sign a bit intimidating, but he knew that he must eat something to prevent death from starvation. He was also a devout Christian, and asked God to bless his food before every meal. This dinner in a new restaurant was no different from any other dinner that John would eat. In fact, he liked to think of every supper as “The Last Supper” because he knew that he would die sooner or later.
John enjoyed simple foods that would nourish him. For dinner, he ordered a whole grain pasta dish with tomato sauce and steamed vegetables. He prayed before indulging in his pleasurable food. When he opened his eyes after praying, he turned his head, and saw a man who was arguing with the cashier at the entrance. The man was complaining about the fact that he did not have enough cash to cover the cost of his meal. That poor man was in a lot of trouble. Since John was very altruistic, he decided to cover the bill for that poor, but also special, person.
