In the roofless truck sweeping along the bumpy road, she is the only one sitting among the thirty wounded soldiers. Everyone holds on to each other and grits their teeth in pain as the car carries their wretched souls through the misty night. Then a missile hits just behind the barn off-road, and a shower of dirt washes over their faces.
