Every nook and cranny filled with dust and debris from the past. When animals fed there, hay was stored there. Many years ago people had worked there, under the sloping roof. Now unused and forgotten.
Outside the owner rattled keys, and dragged the doors open. People bustled around.
More people came, and animals too. Their feeder illuminated, as a beam of light shone in. And then, a baby's cry.
