‘I’d like dream, Mr Sandman.’
‘You all do. No one’s ever satisfied.’
‘Not for me. Actually, I need a nightmare.’
‘A nightmare?’
‘Someone I know has lost direction. He’s busy, stressed, trying to build a better life for his family but in his haste he drives much too fast, putting them all at risk.’
‘Ah… I understand. You want me to send him a nightmare so he wakes up to the risks he’s taking?’
‘Yes.’
‘Granted. Next!’
‘It’s okay, Mr Sandman. I just overheard reality. I have all the dreams I need; I just need to wake up.’
