To the uninitiated the room looked like a disaster zone. Bedtime stories scattered among the coloring books and crayons. Artistic masterpieces taped to the walls. Dolls and stuffed animals shoved haphazardly in the corner…but there was more going on than meets the eye. It was a room filled with creativity, adventure and fun. Admittedly it would never be featured on the cover of a magazine but that doesn’t really matter. It will be neaten up over and over again and that doesn’t matter either. But Lindsay will never be four again and that does matter.
