After covering majority works, Mark noticed the painting titled “Wheatfield with crows”, depicting a flock of black devilish crows flying over a wheat-field towards distant horizon. But it was the riot of colors of yellow, green, brown, and intense blue that created a dizzying sense of an approaching calamity. “What was on his mind?” wondered Mark.
He approached the art, dated mid-July, 1890. Van Gogh fatally shot himself on July 29th.
