Nervously he watched as she knelt at the graveside, her sorrow was his pain.
On her third visit she gently placed more flowers by the headstone then rose slowly to her feet, wiping a tear from her eye. He needed to let her know that he hadn’t left her, that she wasn’t alone.
As he stepped out from the trees, she jumped slightly then smiled her sweet smile. “My, you gave me a scare there! Hello, little robin.”
