A homeless gentleman was trying to cross the busy main street in downtown of the capital, but froze in the middle halting teeming traffic from both directions. He was wearing a pair of do-it-yourself sandals, created from flattened discarded plastic water-bottles. Melted asphalt, acting as glue, stopped any further forward motion at that moment.
