Another slow day at work. Joe’s fellow workers were concerned about job security. Half the workforce had been laid off. Joe wasn’t concerned.
However, he soon found himself sitting across the desk from his boss, receiving the bad news.
“But, you can’t let me go. I’ve been here a long time and I know where all the bodies are buried.”
“ Sorry Joe. There’s nothing I can do.”
Joe gathered his stuff and put them in his car. Driving away for the last time he saw his employer’s sign in his rearview mirror. It read “ Sunset Cemetery”.
