A TV news reporter was interviewing an elderly lady, the last surviving daughter of a Confederate War Veteran about her opinion on the statutes removal. She was 95 years old; and then in the conversation she indicated her father was 82 years old when she was born. The reporter continued about the statutes. WHAT!? She’s 95 years old and her father back then was 82!? You could have at least asked her if her late father used any herbal supplements!
In my city the mayor removed Confederate statues from a small park dell.
