When Jessica got to the coffee shop it was exceptionally busy and she fidgeted nervously thinking, ‘What rotten luck.’ With only two minutes to spare, Jessica grabbed her cup and raced out the door narrowly avoiding a collision with a young blind man and spilling her coffee everywhere. Looking up at the disabled man Jessica thought, ‘I am so lucky.’
Jessica cursed her bad luck as she watched the morning bus pull away without her. Climbing aboard the later bus she calculated that if she hurried she would have just enough time to buy coffee without being late for work.

In the rush of life, it is often difficult to find the time to count your blessings. Nicely done Peggy.

Amazing story. A great reminder that even if we think we have it hard, compared to others, we don’t. Well done! Comments are closed.
