Every morning on the way to work, Evelyn hears the siren of the police van as it hurtles towards the court. Its occupant is 24 year old Angel, accused of gunning down her parents and her sister and permanently injuring her brother.
Angel continually swears under oath that it was a masked intruder who had committed the crime. The judge and the public are sceptical. “What a psychopath”, they murmur.
“Your honour, we the jury, find Angel Preston, guil---”.
“ Waaaait!”. The dishevelled defence attorney streaks towards the judge.
“We have just found evidence of a set of unidentified footprints.”
