“Please, take the straps off my legs”, she pleaded but he wasn’t listening. “ Every day.” she sighed. “Let me up. Damn You. I need to go to the bathroom.” She slapped at nothing but then her wrist stung punishing her for even trying. Her eyes began to water. “Oh, no, I have to move.” Determined, she bolted up and bent over in pain. She bit her lip to keep from moaning. Rocks, sand, debris all over the floor.
