Clean up in Room 914!

AGAIN?! Why can’t she clean the damn litter box herself? The cleaning never ends! Who does she think she is? This is an exclusive hotel.

And she’s a celebrity, a famous Scottish flash fiction writer. You know how the hotel feels about famous celebrities. They want them catered to. And, after all, when she made her reservation, she did ask if she could bring a pet. She also made arrangements for us to supply – and clean - the litter box.

Do you have any idea of the size of a litter box for a dragon?!

Just at the moment, though, we're moderating some of them so there might be a slight delat before they appear.

Since Friday Flash Fiction began in September 2013, 100-word stories have remained its 'beating heart'.

Normally, 100-word stories are scheduled for 07.00 BST (GMT in the winter) on the following Friday. However, where a large number of stories (more than 25) are due to be published on the same day, we publish a second batch around 10.30am. On the rare occasions where there are more than 50 stories, we'll post an earlier set, probably around 5.00 UK time.
