Dad brought home a fluffy white two month old mongrel pup. Right out of the car, the dog nervously peed. He peed again on the steps, in the entryway, and in the living room. Finally, he walked into the kitchen and deposited a few more drops.
"Dammit!" Dad exclaimed, "We were going to name him Sputnik, but maybe it should be Peemore." Then he gulped, looked at us kids and said, "You forget what I said earlier - his name is Sputnik!"
Ever after the dog was called Sputnik by the family, but all the neighborhood kids knew him as Peemore.
