“Of course. Sarah?” He looked at his ex-wife.
“Yes. Do it.”
As the top came down, they turned and walked toward the cortège outside...
Ben gave the eulogy and, as he finished, looked at Sarah. “Why did we spend so much time squabbling about nothing important?” He looked at his two remaining daughters. “For Maisy’s memory and for Jilly and Tanya, it’s time to start making good memories."
In one voice the mourners said, “Amen.”
